Everything was great! The battery to the key fob was dying, resulting in a delay to unlock the vehicle. The Host was very kind, prompt and helpful with helping replace it.

Absolutely amazing communication! I accidentally messed up the pick up instructions and she was proactive and saved me from having a super bad Monday lol! Very prompt and great to work with! Will rent with her as much as I can!
