Host is awesome and pick up/drop off we're stress free. Vehicle runs well despite needing a little general maintenance. Overall fair price for a decent vehicle for short term local needs.

Very frustrating experience. The car stalled twice in the middle of traffic, creating a clear safety issue. I reported it right away and brought it back after the first time, but was told nothing was wrong. Shortly after, it stalled again and needed to be swapped. Even though I was only 10 minutes away, the host refused to bring a replacement due to “after hours,” so I had to pay for an Uber. Interestingly, once I swapped cars, someone was sent to the old vehicle to check the gas. I couldn’t refill it because it broke down, yet I was still charged and then ignored when I reached out. The replacement car also smelled like weed. Overall, poorly handled and unsafe situation.
