The transmission sounded bad

Thank you for your feedback. We inspect and test drive every vehicle before handing over the keys to ensure complete safety and performance. When you raised your concern, I immediately test drove the car with you present, and it operated smoothly—just as it did for the three guests before you, who all rated it 5 stars. Out of an abundance of caution, our mechanic completed a full inspection and confirmed the transmission and vehicle are in great shape.
Everything was good
