DO not rent from this host. Let me be clear. this host is untrustworthy. Here is my experience: I booked a one day trip with this Toyota Camry. Before picking up the car the host was super nice. After I getting to the car, I immediately notice smoling a cigarette smoking smell to t e car. after driving the car for a few hours I begun to notice that no matter what I did the AC was blowing hot air (not cool ) . The ac IT did not work. The next morning I call turo and document my experience and was advised to park the car and have road side pick the car up.. later that day and perhaps fearful of a negative rating , the host made a false report to turo accompanied by false cigarette photos and a ashes into he cup holding seeminly to make a false claim that I smoked in the car. I am 100% a non smoke. I was shocked by the false photos seemingly to have tuto charge a fee which I assume would go to him.. I could not believe it , this host cannot be trusted . will never rent from this shows tever again.
