Amazing host and great car

The car was superb, clean and outstanding. Picked up was easy as bread and butter. The host omg 😆 was phenomenal and very polite and decent🙏

Car looked nice inside and out but it didn’t drive up to its expectations being that’s it’s an amg which I have driven all performance Mercedes. The brakes were squeaky sounds like it’s needs struts or shocks and it doesn’t drive like an amg .This car needs some work and the host is still arguing with me over a lighter my husband left in the car and when does a lighter count as smoking ? I never not once smoked or ever were close to the car when smoking , before even getting the car she said she would charge me a 1000 dollars for a smoking fee and was very aggressive before even receiving the vehicle once I booked. Overall bad experience the car needs work and hopefully not everyone have to go through this the host. She looked at a review and ran with it . When I didn’t give her a 5 star review she began to write me and I always wait to see will people pull techs and yes be mindful with host in the future like this.
Thats completely made up story. The car is in top condition and until now everyone has left a 5 star and a great review. She smoked in the car, the car completely smelled weed/smoke. Found the lighter as well and reported it to Turo. This is a premium car and this turo guest doesn't have rhe decency not to smoke in the car. The car is serviced regularly at Mercedes and is in top shape. Turo hosts she is a horrible guest and do not rent her the vehicle. Turo must ban this person on the platform.
