Everything was GREAT!!! The only trouble I had was navigating through the MSP Airport. I haven't been there for many years, so it was a learning curve!! My car was clean as advertised. It fit my needs. I would rent from my host again. Thank you

Locating the car at the airport was very easy. However, the car was completely dead upon arrival. Glenroy brought us a small battery pack to jump the car and then let us use it the rest of the trip. Fortunately, we only needed to jump the car a few more times. Everything after that was ok after day #2. Glenroy requested that we drop the car off at a location different from pick up and then ride a train to the airport. When I said that wouldn't work for us due to luggage and disabilities, he accommodated us. Honestly, our basic level of needs were met, but this wasn't the best experience. Be aware that this car has a lot of miles and likely some electrical issues.

Sorry for the inconvenience there is no electric issue it’s a low battery I tried to meet up with you somewhere in the twin cities but you didn’t get back to me about it as soon as you returned it I swapped the battery out again I am sorry for the inconvenience
