Ange delivered the vehicle directly to the gate of arrival and picked up at the gate of departure for a reasonable fee. There was heavy traffic in Minneapolis and we forgot to fuel before drop off, she was very understanding and did not overcharge. The vehicle was in good condition visually, and was mechanically sound. If you're looking to travel in Minnesota, the Audi headlights really are perfect at night and the ride is smooth. Overall Ange is a great host and we really appreciated the service and communication she provided.
