Communication was excellent with the host , car was as described and clean, but there was a little shaking when driving as well as when accelerating it was a little sluggish , but overall the car ran great and got me from A to B . Pickup location was easy to find , and being taken there with the shuttle was convenient. I will be returning to St Louis next year and will DEFINITELY use this host again .

Communication was some of the best I’ve had. Every step needed I had just before I needed it.
I booked a 4 hours before trip which was nice to get a car that last minute. I will say i was surprised at how rough looking the outside was, but drove great. Thinking maybe it was in a hail storm?
