Could not have been smoother!!

Picking up and dropping off the Outlander was very easy! I was late to pick it up, but the staff at the West End were very accommodating. No issues, definitely recommend.

Picking up the car was easy, no complaints. The car it self wasn’t detailed which wasn’t too much of a problem. I could tell the car needs break pads to be replaced. Other than that it was definitely 10/10 but my overall rate of the car is a 7/10

Can you please call me… I want to know why you feel the car needs a new brake pads two weeks ago we had the front and back brakes and pads replaced so if there’s an issue, I need to be aware of it. Otherwise, please know the oil‘s been changed. The tires are rotated and we had new brakes and brake pads. I just wanted to clarify this because this is a review that everyone can see unfortunately, it will not allow me to post a photograph of the receipt otherwise I would.

This car is not a good choice if you are driving far at all. I was using it for a long 4 hour trip. The interior was dirty (mystery substance spilled between the seats) it smelled like cigarette smoke and overpowering air freshener to desperately try to cover it up. Anybody whos been the ar business knows that distinct smell of cigarette smoke stained interior. The passenger side speaker is blown out, the passenger side mirror doesn't adjust, and it has a broken air vent. The steering wheel felt sticky and the windshield had a film of residue (probably from someone smoking). I had to wipe everything down on the inside. I reported all this information right after picking it up and the Manager left me a message on Turo with no resolution offered. Will call back to resolve issue but at the end of day they are renting out a car with deceptive images and discriptions so this is just my 100% honest feedback of my experience. The people there were friendly and kind and Mistubishi Outlanders perform well for their class. So 2 stars is better than 1.

Thank you for the feedback Daniel I am sorry about the cigarette smell. Unfortunately some guests do not obey the non smoking rules we impose We did not notice the smoking odor from the last guest nor we aware of the items you mentioned that need attention. We have a checklist between rentals. I will add these to our list. The cleanliness of the vehicle is being addressed with my cleaning team our expectations are far superior to what you experienced. My apologies we fell short this rental
