Car smelled like smoke but I let him know. He’s great with communicating. Car drove fine. Would book again.

The vehicle has a lot of cosmetic damage on it, which I did not notice from the initial pictures for rent. The Host indicated in the description that it had navigation however it did not have navigation. There were a few other issues that have led me to reconsider ever using Turo again it was not the best experience. I could have rented cheaper through a traditional car rental and got better quality. Vehicle and customer service.

The pickup was simple easy to find! The vehicle I chose was a 2013 Lexus and it look and drove like a new car. I have no complaints what so ever. I will be calling my host again to use one of his vehicles every time. Thank you
