The car was not washed and the stereo does not work well (glitches in and out) which host is well aware of, but he acted like he didn’t know. I asked him about radio within 20 mins of pick up and didn’t get a response til the following day. Ghaith offered to switch vehicles and said I can drive to him to make the change which was inconvenient for our itinerary. He said he’ll offer a discount which is great. I noticed the discount is only applied to his vehicle if I rent with him again which I told him I wouldn’t. He did not respond to any messages after that.

Great car overall except for the heavy smoke smell. I felt like I needed to air out my clothes before heading to my meetings because of how strong the smell was.

The speakers busted so very low volume in the car
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
