The host was friendly and helpful. The car was where I expected quickly and he allowed me to pickup early even though i booked last minute. However, the car smelled so bad. The smoke smell was really overwhelming. But I had to take it due to scheduling issues with my business travel. So I dealt with it. But it was kind of gross and embarrassing to drive colleagues around.

Wasn’t the original car I booked but this was the suggested replacement and I actually loved it. Car location was perfect, easy pick up and drop off process. Had it for about a week and didn’t have any issues driving. Only thing I can say is that the seats in this particular car need a good shampoo other than that it was super reliable and I would/will book again👍

The host was accommodating and quickly responsive. The car wasn’t cleaned it needed vacuuming but he reimbursed me a small amount of the trip to make up for it.
