Pickup and drop off was a little confusing- the car is rented through a used car dealership ‘Second Chance Auto’ and they didn’t send instructions for pickup or drop off- they were there to give us the car so it worked out okay, I’m just used to picking up my turo rentals through a lockbox on the car, which gives me more flexibility and less worry on my trip knowing someone isn’t waiting around for me if I’m running late or flight delays etc. They were very kind about us being later than they expected for pickup, but I was unaware that someone would be waiting for us until about 30 min before our pickup time and we were still a few hours away. We picked up the car on a Sunday and they were closed so they had someone waiting for us. They were great with responding to questions about pickup/ drop off, and were very nice about letting us drop the car off 20 min late. We did have the check engine light come on, and when they got back to us about it they said it wasn’t really an issue and has happened with that car a few times, there is just some bad gas in the area right now- the car continued to work fine for us. There was some trash in the car when we got it.
