The car was good, but the constant messages about speed made me feel monitored and uncomfortable. Very poor communication.

I’m surprised by this review. Communication was poor because our messages about the drop-off went unanswered. We only contacted you regarding speeds over 100 mph in a very heavy SUV, which is a serious safety concern. The vehicle was professionally cleaned and delivered 6 hours before your trip started, so I don’t understand the cleanliness comment.
Our messages were not meant to make you uncomfortable, they were sent to protect you, the vehicle, and everyone on the road.
The car was amazing and drive perfectly! Unbelievably clean and actually gets great gas mileage with plenty of room for the whole family. The owner was very attentive and helpful whenever anything was needed! We will absolutely use them again on our return trips!
