Rented this for a real life test of full self driving and I am so impressed. Loved every second and didn’t want the trip to end!

Rented to try the FSD. Drove the car from St. Louis to Chicago exclusively with FSD. Got me in and out great. Parking structures were difficult to navigate. Tesla supercharging stations are usually located in convenient places like Wally’s. The car itself was clean with 2 charges included at the time. Drop off and pickup as expected.

The car was fine until about 30 minutes into our trip when a tire started losing air pressure. We found a nail in the tire, but there's no way to know whether it was already there before our trip. This could have been a minor issue, except the car had no spare tire or tire repair kit—only an air pump—and we were two hours from our destination.
We repeatedly called, texted, and messaged the owner through Turo to ask if we could buy a tire repair kit, but he never responded despite giving us his cell number. We were stranded at a gas station in 90-degree heat with two kids.
We ended up arranging and coordinating the tow ourselves until 2 a.m. and paying $150 for an Uber to reach our destination. The owner finally apologized hours later, saying he had "missed our call", but we still had to handle all the arrangements for his car. He even asked the service center to contact us, instead of him, the next day (they told us this on the phone) and he expected us to pay another $150 Uber to return to the car and "enjoy our trip".
What should have been a simple flat tire became a nightmare that left us without our rental for a week. We are still waiting for a refund for the unused rental and have had to call Turo every day to get the situation resolved.

New and clean new Tesla Model Y with FSD. For myself is also Model Y owner, I can directly control and use the car with my personal profile in Tesla app, which make it so smooth. When I was back to airport at the end of the trip, it was raining heavily and FSD still worked perfect and safe.
