Borderline disrespectful
Thanks for the feedback. Don’t forget we did kindly ask you “not” to take the rental since you were weren’t satisfied before your trip began - I have proof of that. You ignored my message and then preceded. After your month long trip without any complaints. You dropped off and then you asked for an additional 20% discount..….we refused and then you left us this colorful review. Regardless, we’ll continue to do right by everyone who trust us with their car rental needs.
