Overall, we had a great experience with the rental. Pickup and drop-off were both easy and convenient, and the car was clean, comfortable, and ran well.
The only issue we experienced was with the AC. After approximately 2.5 hours of continuous driving, the AC line would freeze, causing the air conditioning to stop working. We would have to pull over, shut the car off, and let it rest for about 30 minutes before the AC would work properly again. This was especially inconvenient during a long drive.
We did inform the host about the issue, and he eventually let us know that we were welcome to take the vehicle to a Chevy dealership to have it looked at.
Aside from the AC issue, everything else about the rental went smoothly, and we appreciated how easy the pickup and drop-off process was.
