No explanation on how to exit airport, the shocks are out in the car. No suspension

Wendy was a pleasure but made exiting the airport seem extremely complex. There was no information given on where she returned the vehicle to.
I really enjoyed the vehicle, and didn't have any issues. The host was also very nice and communicative, which made for a very smooth, pleasant experience.

Car rode very rough and noisy. Host had an issue that was resolved promptly. Reservation portion was unpleasant.
