The host was a nice person and very easy to communicate with. The car itself gave us quite a few problems. The driver side window wasn't rolling down for us. About an hour into our trip, the car broke down and wouldn’t start. We believe it may have been an issue with the alternator, although we aren’t completely sure. We contacted the host, and thankfully, she was able to swap the car for a different one.
Unfortunately, the second car also gave us problems. Overall, while the host was great to work with, based on our experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable using these cars for a long-distance trip again.
