This person is accusing me of damaging their car when I have not. I have pictures and videos to prove it. I believe they are trying to scam me into fixing a couple scratches that were already on there 10 year old car. They have also been harassing me by sending me multiple messages but they refuse to show me pictures of my supposed damage that I caused. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

We’re sorry you feel this way. We never accused you of intentionally damaging the vehicle or attempted to scam you. Damage was discovered after the trip and properly documented through Turo. We initially tried to resolve the matter directly and fairly, but unfortunately we could not reach an agreement. The matter has now been escalated to Turo and the claims process, where all pre- and post-trip documentation can be independently reviewed.
