Natalia was super professional 🫶🏽Responded to my messages before and during the trip in five minutes or less consistently, respectful and the Rogue drives like a dream ICE cold a/c really REALLY good gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this vehicle. My best Turo rental experience to date. I wish I could give a couple extra stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I understand that mechanical issues can happen. Unfortunately, the vehicle displayed an Engine Hot warning while driving through the mountains, would not go over 45 mph on the freeway, and the coolant level was low. The host did not answer my calls or Turo’s calls during the emergency. She only replied by text, apologized, and told me to contact Turo support. We lost about two hours dealing with the situation, which was extremely stressful, especially while traveling with children. I ultimately had to leave the vehicle in Los Angeles and rent another car to continue my trip. ⭐️⭐️ because, in an emergency like this, the host MUST answer the phone and BE AVAILABLE to help resolve the situation instead of leaving everything to Turo and the guest.

Easy pickup, nice car. Would Turo it again no problem! It did have a smoke smell when you turned on the AC but other than that it was perfect.
