Amazing host and great communication! Very flexible and reasonable!

The vehicle ran good, features were as listed, good pickup/dropoff location. It wasn't freshly washed, vacuumed or had clean interior windows. I then had to clean it because a dirty vehicle is deemed unprofessional as this was a business rental. Driver's side heated seat worked sporadically.
