Booking was great.
A little mix up picking up the car,but host handled it promptly.

Front tires were worn and not safe to drive. Check engine light on and key battery failing.

Worse Turo trip I’ve ever experienced. Host was horrible with communication even after asking for prior clarification of location of car. Spent an hour at the airport late at night wandering the parking lot waiting for her to respond and then locating the car. Apparently it’s her policy not to tell you where the vehicle is located until the exact minute of booking, but even then she didn’t respond to my frantic attempts to contact her.

Everything with the car was great. One of the tires had issues, but owner offered to take care of it right away. Served our purpose and would probably use again..
