I had a wonderful experience renting from her through Turo. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. Everything was exactly as described, and the car drove perfectly throughout my trip.
She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
I would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!

First off I was delighted when I arrived at the location of the car and did the unlocking with code, to find a very well kept car and a full tank of gas! Great communication between myself and the car owner Catrina was very nice and helped me with a few questions about my upcoming experience with Turo! She let me return a little later then expected due to traffic, car was a clean safe ride! Kids had plenty of space in the backseat! It was a pretty comfortable car and the truck space was extremely big!! Was so thankful I could pack everything we would need for our adventure! I did clean the car and vacuumed before returning, I messed up and fueled a little lower and the fee isn’t too terrible, 10$ feet plus whatever goes in. Not sure if the fee goes higher if not fuled so do the right thing! Overall a great experience with Turo and Catrina! And she offers unlimited mileage! A total bonus just in case you wonder a little farther than expected!
