Disappointing. The car’s pictures were nicer than the actual car. The car’s gas tank was not full. Yet I was told I need to fill it up. The car ended up leaking oil all over my friend’s driveway. Honestly, the way I was treated by Turo and the owners of the car—pretty ridiculous.

This is what we call a retaliation review. This review is 100% fabricated. Micheal couldn't figure out how to open the gas door so subsequently couldn't fill the tank prior to returning. This triggered a charge after the trip for gas and a $10 convenience fee. He complained when he was charged and failed to take accountability for not filling the gas. My reviews from other guests speak for themselves. We run a guest first business and always try and go above and beyond.
