The host was very responsive and responded rapidly also very helpful. I gave only 4 stars because when I first opened the car door, my wife and I smelled a stale odor. The car was slightly dirty on the exterior and the interior was not clean as far as the car rugs wasn’t especially on the driver side. A little debris. (I forgot to take a photo of that) We also observed the front seats has the cushion material and it was a light color, there are multiple stains on them. A bit soiled. That wasn’t cool. We don’t know where the stains were from and we are meticulous and clean individuals. We did spray Lysol and did our own wipe down like we do with other car rental/hotels upon entry. We also sat on our reusable bags for seat covers since we didn’t feel comfortable with the stains. Car covers would had been better and efficient. Those are even washable or disposable. However, the SUV was a smooth ride with no issues. We just needed to run a few local errands. This is my first time renting from Turo as well. Lots of Pros and Cons. I’m more of an Enterprise or Avis lady. But Turo was ok for what is worth.

Clean car, easy to drive, plenty of room for travelers and luggage. Shuttle bus to the economy lots makes for a convenient pick up location. Lockbox key exchange makes for a safe and secure pick up and drop off!

Amazing car that runs super great upon pick up the car was very easy to find with super great description over where the car was. The car was very clean and fresh smelling the house was always very communicative during the trip would definitely use this car again!
