The car was Exceptional! First time driving an electric!! Interior was clean! The ride was smooth! Host relied in a timely fashion! Highly recommend

Good trip. Pick up and drop off were easy in the economy lot. Had to take. Shuttle from the terminal but it wasn’t too bad. The car had a strong cologne like odor to it. Not a huge deal but definitely noticeable. It also had some loose clothing articles in the trunk and a Lyft sticker on the back. Seems like it’s a car that’s used a lot and then rented through Turo between use. No major issues but probably wouldn’t rent it again.

Had minor difficulty locating the parked vehicle at pick up
Had 2 tires severely damaged and we paid to replace them
The other 2 tires we did NOT damage are very worn and unsafe to drive
