Host was outstanding! Super prompt communication the entire time we had the vehicle - responding in under 5 minutes every single time. Car was clean and drove well - it had a slight lag at times during acceleration, but overall a smooth ride. We also had a situation in the day of pick up where 2 of the 3 back seat seatbelts were jammed into the seats - maybe from a previous user who tried to lower and then re-raise the seats and did so ineffectively. We didn’t notice until after we left because we didn’t have to add our kids booster seats until later in the day. We notified the host immediately and he was super apologetic - my husband eventually was able to use Reddit/Youtube to fix the issue so before the day ended we had full use of the back seat seatbelts safely and reported that to the host as well. Pick up and return were super easy and straightforward. And the price just couldn’t be beat especially when we needed to get a rental quickly when our vehicle went into the shop. Would definitely recommend!
