First impression the car was unlocked no lock box; interior of the car was a lot dirtier than the photos showed lots of stains on seats and doesn’t look like it was cleaned inside prior to pickup. While I selected airport pickup the host never communicated a fee as such he parked it 3 days prior and upon leaving the airport I paid $63 in parking fees. (Asked for a refund due to no communication on drop off airport parking fees from owner, I text photos he said he would refund in which I still haven’t received. So thought this was a one off.) As I was driving wires fell down in front of brake petal which made me a little worried seemed odd. I stopped to fill up car as was not full upon pickup and there was no washer fluid so I had to stop and clean the windows the whole trip (I text owner as for the wires I sent photos and owner asked me to just tuck them in the dash.) The night before drop off, I asked owner via text regarding lock up and that I washed the exterior of the car not because it was dirty from my end because I didn’t want to endure the cleaning fee from the looks of it from when I picked it up as well as there was a heavy musty smell which I had the windows down the first 2 days, I did pick up an air freshener to help. Owner was responsive to text though at drop off text the day prior, he didn’t address instructions later that day..he text me stating the car was locked and in which he didn’t relay lock up instructions in which I set the keys where I was instructed at pick up and locked up as Turo doesn’t recommend you to leave unlocked as well the airport I was at I felt the safety of the car was better left locked. Without instructions, I went with my intuition if it was my car absolutely wouldn’t leave it unlocked at that location. Overall vehicle working condition ran well, small issues need a little improvement and the interior could use a trip to a detailer.

Easy pickup and dropoff. Car was clean and everything I needed for Lake Tahoe adventures!

Had a flat tire. No spare.
