The car drove like a dream! Excellent service from Jesus and he was very responsive! I highly recommend renting from him, this car helped me create a dream come true surprising my Dad with his dream trip to Disneyland for his birthday. Thank you Jesus!

The car was great. But after notifying the owner I needed a little time to clean the interior because we had been camping. I was charged a full day for 2 hrs of tardiness.

Hello Tawnya, I’m sorry for the charge. However us as renters need to protect ourselves and make sure that when the car is in a guest possession that car is covered in case anything were to happen. What if on your drive here you got into an accident right? We need to ensure the car is protected. Another note is I do not control how turo charges. I’m only able to price my car and that’s basically it. So sorry you had to pay another day but whenever the car is with you the trip needs to be active.
We had an amazing trip. The Bronco was extremely comfortable and clean. Would definitely book again!
