Our car was taken by another customer upon arrival and we were left in the economy parking lot without a car. Host did figure out another car eventually. After that, everything was fine.

The vehicle originally reserved for your trip was taken by another guest just hours before your start time, which was unfortunately outside of our control. However, before your trip began, we had already arranged the exact same make, model, and year replacement vehicle. We’re unclear about the statement that you were left in the economy parking lot without a car, as that was not the case.
