Keith was a great host! He made pick up easy and was quick to communicate with us. We did have an issue with the two front tires of the car, about 45 minutes into our trip they started to strip/fall apart. We had to get both tires replaced. Keith was easy to work with and reimbursed us for the new tires. The car also had the brake light illuminated and a notification saying the front brakes need to be serviced. These issues were concerning, otherwise the car was in good condition and we enjoyed our trip!

Car looked fine, after driving it a few miles it became apparent that the brakes were making a grinding, metal sound. I was assured that the mechanic had checked the car a month ago and it was safe to drive. It didn’t feel safe so I was offered a replacement upgrade but I wouldn’t have it until 6 days into a ten day trip. We opted to end the rental and go with another Turo, but it meant an added trip to the airport to return this car because nobody would pick it up. It was a real bummer.
