Host and Vehicle were great, no issues at all. SUV drives very smooth. Pick up and drop off were very easy and convenient.

Amazing host! Love this truck!!!

I chose this vehicle based on its positive reviews and had previously rented it without major issues. During my first rental, however, I noticed that the tires were worn and brought this to the host’s attention. Before this trip, I specifically asked that all of the tires be replaced due to their condition, especially since I would be taking the vehicle on a long road trip with my family. The host confirmed that he would take care of it before my reservation.

When I picked up the vehicle, the tires had not been replaced. During our return trip, with approximately 225 miles left to drive, a red warning message appeared indicating that a tire bolt may be loose. This was extremely concerning, particularly because I had already raised concerns about the tires before the trip. I had to pull over and inspect the wheel before continuing. As I continued to drive this warning message appeared second time.

While the host was responsive and communicated during the rental, I was disappointed that a safety-related concern that had been discussed in advance was not addressed as promised. Renting a vehicle to paying customers comes with the responsibility of ensuring that maintenance and upkeep are current and that the vehicle is safe for travel. That is especially important when families are relying on the vehicle for long-distance trips.

The pickup and return process were straightforward, but based on the condition of the vehicle and the safety concerns encountered during this trip, I cannot recommend this rental in its current state. I hope the maintenance issues are addressed for future guests.

Very good car to rent everything was perfect!!!

I recently rented Mr. Cuong’s Audi Q8 and overall had a solid experience. The pickup location felt safe and convenient, and Mr. Cuong was very communicative throughout the rental process, making everything easy and straightforward. The vehicle itself was enjoyable to drive and well-presented, though I would recommend replacing the tires soon as they could use more tread for an even better driving experience. Despite that, I’ve already booked the vehicle again for the end of the month, which says a lot about the overall experience.
