The quality of the car was absolutely amazing. It almost felt like I was driving it off the lot after buying it brand new. Looked nice, smelled even nicer. The pickup location was notable and easy to find, and the host was a delight to work with. He was very friendly, took his time explaining the car's features and how Turo operates, and let me know that I could reach out to him any time if I had questions. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing experience! I honestly wish I could give 10 stars because the service was beyond excellent. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end.

I originally rented the car for my son’s prom, but unfortunately I had a last-minute wardrobe emergency and had to get his tuxedo fixed, so I wasn’t able to pick up the car myself. Thankfully, my husband was already added as an approved driver and he was able to complete the pickup without any issues. He even allowed my husband to leave his truck there, making the transition into the rental car completely stress-free.

The communication, flexibility, and customer service were outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for such an important day for our family. The car and the experience exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend!!!

Great all around experience

This was my first time using the app and I am glad that I was able to use this host who rented me a 2023 Cadillac Escalade. The pickup was seamless, the car was pristine and the drop off was easy. I would recommend to this host to anyone. 5 stars given.
