We mistakenly missed responding to a message the guest sent. However our automated messages made it look as though we ignored the question from the guest. At times the app does not notify us that a message has been sent and when it's very far outside the trip time we may not be in the app looking to see if the guest has a question or concern. We did apologize to the guests for not responding to the question.
