Worked mostly as described. There was an issue with the app, it wouldn't allow my pic uploads when I picked up the car.

The vehicle pictures were taken same day at the car wash. Arkansas has high pollen seasons, it's unfortunate that we are loosing a star for something we don't control. secondly the windshield repairs were done and it was disclosed as soon as the trip was booked that there was repairs done on the windshield that are still visible. We're being penalized on our ratings for something that we disclose beforehand. Hopefully future guests will read and understand our messages and directions.
