The host were very responsive and I appreciate the ease of accessing the rental and returning the rental. They were great! The 4 stars has NOTHING to do with the host and I hope it does not hurt their ratings as they were responsive and helpful My problem isn’t with the host I would give them 5 stars EASILY but Turo need better systems in place for when there are issues that arise. Also not make an issue that is a HUGE inconvenience to me, more of my problem. Outside of the issue I experienced everything else was great. It’s just the issue was the worst thing that could’ve happened to ME as I was traveling with my children, in my opinion, I’d of rather have a flat tire. I would recommend this host to anyone!
