This customer’s claims are, in fact, baseless. I am required to provide photographic evidence to Turo‘s website before the trip starts showing that the vehicle is clean and that the tires are well-maintained. This particular customer returned my vehicle without gas and dirty/smelling. The bad review that he left is probably in regard to the fact he asked to extend the rental time, going as far as to ask me to push back the next renter’s reservation time/day and I had to decline his request.

Everything is great except car acceleration.
