We rented the car for a quick road trip to see a baseball game out of town. The host was nice, messages arrived on time, everything was in order. It was super easy pick-up and drop-off. The car was clean and ran well, there was an SD card error that popped up and I couldn't clear out so we had that error on the dash and the check engine light went on at the end, but everything was fine and it got us there and back. This was my first experience with this app and I'd do it again.
