Everything was perfect, would definitely rent again

The car itself was the vehicle we booked and, upon arrival, everything was fine. However, the car already had visible damage/defects when it was delivered to us. I documented the condition of the vehicle with photos and videos at the airport before even starting the rental.
What I find absolutely unacceptable is that I was later accused of causing the exact same damage that was already present on the vehicle when I received it.
I was extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by this situation. I did everything correctly as a responsible renter and made sure to document the vehicle precisely to avoid any misunderstandings.
Thankfully, Turo reviewed the claim and ultimately dropped and closed it, confirming that I was not held responsible for the alleged damage.
I believe honesty and integrity are essential when using a platform like Turo, and unfortunately, this experience has seriously affected my trust in this host.
