Truck was terrible, brakes loud and bad, a flutter when accelerating like the truck wants to cut off
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was operating normally at the start of your trip, with no known brake or performance issues. Nothing about the brakes or noises were reported during the rental. After it was returned, the brakes were serviced as part of routine maintenance. We always encourage guests to reach out during their trip so we can assist right away, including support or a vehicle swap if needed. We’ll continue to monitor the vehicle closely.

Was 15 minutes late, inside was dirty , took 5 minutes to take pictures after being late and lied about the gas mileage.
Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, all vehicles are provided with a full tank and are expected to be returned at the same level based on the fuel gauge. We do not measure fuel use by miles to empty, as driving conditions can vary and affect consumption. Using the gauge keeps things simple and fair for everyone. In this case, the vehicle was returned below full, which is why it was noted. This policy applies to all renters so expectations are clear and consistent.
