Host was very communicative and the vehicle was great; however; I probably won’t rent from this user again for SMF Airport pick up. Unfortunately, our flight came was delayed by 2 hours. Even though the pick up instructions were clear, it was not apparent that we had to take a tram from our terminal the ANOTHER shuttle bus to go to the South Economy Lot that was 3 miles from the airport. We assumed it was the parking structure across from the arrivals terminal. It was nearly midnight and raining, and we found that we had to take the shuttle bus (not the shuttle/tram inside the terminal). We had to wait 25 minutes (thank goodness for shade) until the next shuttle bus. It took us 10 minutes by bus then having to find the car in the rain and try to take photos. Also, we were required to park the car at South Economy lot for the return so that added another 25 minutes to get to the airport because we had to wait for the shuttle bus again. So if you rent from this user and need airport pick up, just be mindful of the parking hassle. It would have been more convenient to park closer to the airport terminals. But overall good car, clean and we only drove it 80 miles.
