Host was super nice and had awesome communication. drop off and pick up was easy. only issue was when turning AC or heater on in car it kim of stank like gas.

Horrible Turo experience. The car was quite old. The host was late for delivery. We had issues with the car starting and host blamed the key fob. Sent out a “mechanic” that only spoke Russian. Honestly comical. Then the car worked for an hour before not starting again. Host blamed us for draining the battery somehow. I PROMISE we all know how a car works we did not leave a light on. There is an issue w the battery.
Ended up having to end the reservation early and was stranded with out a car for a week.
