The car drove great had no issues mechanically but the issue we had was the cleanliness of the car. It had a lingering smell and found German roaches in the car as well which wasn’t the best experience due to them getting in my kids car seat
When the car was returned, we removed the rear seat/spare tire/floor mats. No pests of any kind were found. We vacuum and sanitize these cars every time they are returned. There is never any food or crumbs left behind to attract any pests. Pests need a food source or they will leave to find a food source. This car was cleaned and sanitized like every single vehicle in our fleet.
