Truck is a gas saver !! Great customer service and host service !! The truck just glides to the left a little bit but it’s drivable !!

I was charged $36 because my flight was delayed and they decided to park the car in hourly parking. At no point of time was it disclosed it would be parked there ahead of time or I would be responsible for payment to get the car. A hidden fee.

Guest did not provide flight information or notify us of the delay until after the vehicle was delivered at her selected 6 PM pickup time. We attempted to resolve the misunderstanding and provided documentation regarding the communication, but unfortunately, she still chose to leave a negative review.
Jeep worked, but the brakes were in rough shape, and wiper blades hardly worked. Host was very receptive and easy to talk with.

We booked this Jeep for a road trip because the listing advertised Apple CarPlay and GPS, but unfortunately, the vehicle had neither. When we picked up the car, I asked a staff member to help set up Apple CarPlay, and I was told the vehicle didn’t have it. I then asked if they had a phone mount so we could safely use our phone for navigation, but was told they had thrown them all away and didn’t have any available.
This was very disappointing because we specifically booked this vehicle based on the advertised features. We had to rely on our phones for GPS for the entire trip without a phone mount, which made navigation much more inconvenient. We contacted the host during our rental, but the issue wasn’t resolved while we were using the vehicle.
The vehicle itself drove fine, but the listing did not accurately reflect the features provided. I hope the listing is updated so future renters know exactly what to expect.

If any issues arise, we're happy to assist. We do not provide phone mounts, as they are not listed or offered as an extra, and Turo does not require hosts to provide them. We appreciate your comments.
Keep was fine but the odor was not great. I sprayed some freshener
