The car was fine. Delivery and pickup were both a headache. Car was supposed to be delivered to me by 9am. Didn’t get to me until about 10:15 because they didn’t know the car was supposed to be delivered. For the pickup of the car, there was no lockbox in the car for the key. And was given two different addresses to return the car to, even though they were supposed to pick it up from me (which cost an extra $120).

I’m glad to hear the car itself was fine, but I’m really sorry about the confusion with the delivery and pickup. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention and we’ll make sure to address this with our team so it doesn’t happen again.
