This was a great car

Excellent overall experience... great car, friendly communicative host

The only reason for a 4 star is because the car malfunctioned (many of the systems within the car simultaneously failed), leaving me in a very stressful and chaotic situation, I.e navigating Chicago/O’Hare with no power steering or operational GPS, no A/C in a black car with black leather on a 90° day, etc. However, the host was as accommodating as possible given the circumstances and seemed genuinely apologetic for the situation. The initial delivery was prompt, seamless and everything was going well, until it wasn’t.

Host was very responsive and we appreciated the great communication for the return process. The car looked amazing and drove in great shape but unfortunately there was a smoke smell. All issues were handled promptly and professionally by the owner and Turo.
