Pickup was easy and clear and the $11 parking cost was refunded! Great communication. No issues with the performance of the vehicle during the trip. Easy 5 star rating for the overall trip, would recommend to any other customers.
Only small complaint is that the car wasn’t super clean. But it wasn’t undrivable. Just seemed like the turn around was probably quick (center console had old cables and trash, and the seats and floorboards hadn’t been fully vacuumed up).
