The pickup process was easy, and the vehicle was in excellent shape. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. There was a small issue with the windshield wipers, and the car remote battery needed changing. I took care of it myself, and the hosts reimbursed me for my expenses right away. I would definitely rent from them again.
