I was charged for 2 whole days for the vehicle but was only had the vehicle for 30hrs! Tried to cancel it when they wouldn't accommodate me but they didn't allow me and the representative on the phone had promised to reimburse me for one day and they didn't even honor it after hearing the representative on record as well as him misleading the company policies to me!!! I don't like not getting my money worth and TURO is scamming people by charging for more than they are giving! They ain't even being fair and the representative I talked to today really pissed me off because she over talked me and still wouldn't reimburse me after she heard her coworker on a recording saying he was going to! I have a bad taste when it comes to their business

I would just like to say that you gave me a private turo host a 1 star bad review and this doesn’t affect turo whatsoever and only affects me. The review is for you to leave regarding the quality of the vehicle you drove and trip. The vehicle has had nothing but over 30 5 star reviews. I wish you the best but just know this did nothing for you and I as a host didn’t wrong you in any way.
